Who trained Daniel to become Daniel?
At 14 he was trafficked from Jerusalem
into the foreign city of Babylon,
surrounded by incredible temptation.
But even at a young age, Daniel chose God.
Daniel loved God’s Word.
Holy Faith youth love the Word.
We intentionally train the children with ‘jury room Bible study.’
The inductive method teaches them to answer their deepest questions.
Faith grows as their questions are answered from the text.
And faith explodes as they apply God’s Word in their lives.
Babylon is everywhere.
Our children must be prepared!
Our youth ministry is ‘More Than Conquerors.’
Paul writes in Romans 8 that those who are called by God,
and love God,
are more than conquerors.
To be a conqueror means you win.
You are bigger, stronger, smarter or better than the opponent or enemy.
But to be more than a conqueror means
you win even when you lose.
We live in a cold and hard world.
The gospel turns everything upside down.
Therefore, neither tribulation, distress, persecution,
famine, nakedness, danger or sword shall
separate us from the love of Jesus Christ.
Holy Faith Fellowship has 3 groups of conquerors:
More Than Conquerors: High school
Middle Conquerors: Middle school
Lil’ Conquerors: Elementary (Sundays)
