God has opened up a new door for us to begin the next chapter of our church plant.  Holy Faith  will be moving to St Philip Lutheran Church.  Our first gather at the new location will be Sunday October 20th.  We will have a church family walk-through to observe, worship and pray in our new chuch home. St. Philip Lutheran Church is located at is 1110 Dwight Avenue, Compton.  

Sunday,  October 27, is our final Sunday worship service at Compton Community SDA Church.  We will meet for the last time at 1226 W. Compton Blvd. It has been an amazing first year of public worship. It is 'closing time' for us because every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end. 10:45 call to worship as we will reflect, remember and sing to the God who been has been so, so good to us. 

Holy Faith Fellowship is a brand new church serving families and youth in Long Beach, Carson and Compton. Planting a new church is an incredibly difficult ministry calling. Only 40% of new churches in America reach year 4. We believe that call, gifting (the spiritual gift of apostleship), a commitment to God’s Word and a loving community are the key ingredients for the church to thrive.

As we begin Holy Faith Fellowship we are turning the clock back. We are asking God to re-create the Bible-centered neighborhood church. We believe everyone wants to go to a church where the pastor knows your name. And you follow Jesus with the same people you see throughout the week.
